CBP Training Seminar No.6 “Public Relations in Municipalities and Citizen Satisfaction” was implemented on 19.03.2021 at 09:30 in Sorgun Municipality PM with the participation of 19 people. During the training seminar, self-acquaintance, managing anger and stress, entering positive moods, understanding others, nonverbal communication, teamwork, interpersonal communication were explained under strategic communication basics.
